To this end, a glossary has been included at the end of the volume, developed collaboratively, providing clear and standardized definitions of key administrative law concepts. This glossary significantly aids in bridging linguistic and conceptual differences, facilitating effective communication and consistent judicial interpretations across national boundaries.
